Most recently, we had an issue with our tankless water heater. Habib (technician) came out ahead of schedule to fix it, had the part, and was in and out in no time. Highly recommended, and very efficient!

Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result.
