Sediment and debris build up is a natural effect of time. Regular maintenance prevents these sediments from interfering with the transfer of heat between the burner and the water or coagulating into large chunks that inhibit a proper temperature reading.
With only $10/month, your tankless water heater will go through an annual 21-point inspection and cleaning that breaks up the sediment and flushes it out of the unit. Regular maintenance always pays off in the long run, increasing the lifespan and efficiency of the unit.
Our highly skilled, and licenced Navien installers and technicians are poised, ready to go, 24/7 to replace and install new Tankless Water heaters. AccuServ technicians can tell you about all your options, and assess which option will work best for your home and budget.

There are two kinds of common water heaters—those that heat the water in a tank, and those that operate without a tank by heating the water as it passes (tankless).
Tankless water heaters only heat water when needed. As soon as you turn on the faucet, the water heater kicks into gear, heating the moving water as it passes through the unit on its way to the faucet. The tankless water heater uses less energy than the tank heater because it is not continually heating a tank full of water.
In addition to unlimited hot water (not restricted to the size of the tank), lower hydro bills, compact space-saver unit size and longer lifespan (with regular maintenance), the tankless water heater will never burst open, spilling gallons of water onto your basement floor.
