We had an excellent experience with Shivraj Mahida for a furnace diagnostic service. We were dealing with a persistent, high-pitched noise coming from the unit. During the first visit, the unit was quiet and he couldn’t replicate the sound; however, as soon as he left, it returned. We called him back, and he promptly returned to investigate further.
​Shivraj discovered the noise was actually coming from an air leak in the return ducts. While HVAC technicians typically only service the machine itself, Shivraj went above and beyond his scope of work to seal the leak and resolve the issue. Most recently, we had an issue with our tankless water heater.  Habib (technician) came out ahead of schedule to fix it, had the part, and was in and out in no time.  Highly recommended, and very efficient!

Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace.  Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim.  Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus.  Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very Impressed with the service from initial quotation to completion of installation . Quotation details were clearly explained including the various  options of furnace & payment. Timekeeping was excellent . Installation was quiet  and  hassle free, even though it did take longer than expected. Job area was cleaned up. Technicians were capable and thorough.
